Visit the Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of ancient artifacts including the treasures of Tutankhamun. Continue to Old Cairo and visit the historic Hanging Church. Enjoy time at Khan El Khalili Bazaar before transferring to Cairo railway station. Board the sleeper train to Aswan with dinner served on board.
Arrival in Aswan, meet and assist, then transfer to the Nile Cruise for check-in. Visit the High Dam and Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Continue by boat to Elephantine Island and Kitchener Island. Return to the cruise and start sailing towards Kom Ombo.
Visit Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. Continue sailing towards Luxor with overnight on board.
Arrive in Luxor and enjoy breakfast on board. Visit Luxor Temple through the Avenue of Ram-Headed Sphinxes. Continue to Karnak Temple Complex, with its colossal columns, obelisks and sacred lake. Overnight on board in Luxor.
Disembark from the Nile Cruise and begin a full-day tour of Luxor's West Bank. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Transfer to Luxor railway station to board the sleeper train back to Cairo. Overnight on the sleeper train.
Arrive in Cairo, meet and assist at the train station, then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy the day at leisure, with an optional full-day tour to Alexandria available upon request. Overnight in Cairo.
